Lack Lustre
Didnt meet expections and wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:
Excellent location
Excellent views
Excellent breakfast staff
Cons:
Extremely Unacceptable/poor furnishings. Beds & pillows were very uncomfortable
There were no sheets provided! - only mattress cover and top blanket. Curtains and windows allowed for light and sound entrusion from the outside.
Staff tried their best to be helpful even tho were not english speaking-but didn’t provide wifi password, breakfast timings/location & they weren’t present for questions or able to understand that our reservation was already paid for on line. We Thought it was understood upon check in, but we were delayed the next day for our flight while waiting for the staff to confirm that we had paid, with the manager/owner - We finally left without speaking with the owner, after waiting an extra 15 mins for the owner/manager to wake up to help the staff. We left unimpressed & disappointed - not very good value for what we paid (almost 200 CAD for one night)
