Comfort Inn & Suites

I’d stay here again. Was a little disappointed that their was no real breakfast because of COVID, but given the location it was fine. The hotel’s parking lot connects to Chic Fil-A and McDonalds.

Great hotel!! Im making this my preferred hotel whenever i visit again.

The rooms had a musky smell and the pull out bed had dirty sheets left on it from a previous quest. Would never recommend or stay here again.

The room had cockroaches (the size of a silver dollar - no thanks!!) and they offered to move us to a different room with wet floors due to A/C issues (that they had not previously booked due to deeming it unsuitable for use). We decided to leave and stay somewhere without these issues and they refused to refund us, citing "it was a wood roach" and "we tried to offer you an alternate room." The woman working the desk was extremely rude. All of this at 2am when we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep!

Hotel was clean sheets were comfy a short drive from the coast but well worth it!! Will book again!

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Then we went swimming in the pool. There was a dead frog in there as well as a cigarette butt. We got out immediately and went to tell the front desk. They did not apologize but acted inconvenienced amd said it couldnt be cleaned out for two days. The guy who was supposed to clean it walked past us complaining about how it's too much work. They didn't even warn anybody or put a note on the door closing the pool. And when we had the nerve to ask for another washclosth, the lady looked angry and we had to stand there for several minutes while she logged it in her system. We were also charged $50 which felt like extortion gor asking if we could check in early. The room was already ready and we've NEVER been charged before. I will NEVER stay here again. They need customer service training.

I usually always stay at Comfort Inn when I go out of town because I've always had such a good experience with them until I stayed here. I reserved a two night stay with free reservation and free cancelation on Expedia and the day before check-in my card was still charged so I called and asked about this and the lady on the phone said it was just a hold for one nights rate. She informed me that I'd only owe the remaining room fee for the second night. We planned on just paying cash at the hotel but we figured that was fine. When we got there the clerk said no we owed the whole amount for both nights and if we paid cash it would be an additional two hundred dollars for the deposit. They did not accept cards without a chip so we had to get out the $400 out of the ATM with the promise by the next day the reservation fee that was charged to my card would be back on it. It is 6 days later and the money is still not on my card. I called them and they said I had to call my bank to get my hold lifted. It has been a complete disaster trying to get this resolved. The room was nice and clean but there was no breakfast. The staff for the most part was friendly. But I would never stay here again.

Very clean, quiet hotel. AC was super noisy, but worked great.

Our stay was nice. They bumped us up to a nicer room. We had a mix-up with reservations but once they straightened that out, it was nice. Room was cleaned every day. Staff was nice. Unable to enjoy breakfast because of covid-19 but wasn't their fault. I would come back
