Crocobeach Hotel

I had a pleasant stay. The WiFi can be improved on the speed but other than that it was a great time. The location is excellent! Staff was very attentive, I felt catered to well.

Great place to stay and we would definitely book at this Hotel again. The bar by the pool was a plus. After a day at the beach , you can relax at the pool and have a cocktail or caipirinha (local Brazilian cocktail).Gibson Sobrinho was awesome and was always there to help and serve with a smile and great service. Camilo Lima , the manager went out of his way to always please us in any way he could. Rafael was also great and Artur the General Manager was great. Definitely pay ahead for half board (dinner) .The different menu every day was excellent and well above our expectations and so was breakfast every morning.

Place was great. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was yummy. Hot tubs were being redone. We paid more than $25 USD for sunscreen. It was sold just a block away on the street for significantly less. The view was worth the price

Loved the proximity to Praia do Futuro. Check-in and service was great. The pool was excellent, and breakfast quite good. Our room wasn't so nice. We had damaged tile on the floor, the sliding glass door to the balcony wouldn't close completely, and the bathroom was in disrepair (fixtures) and not super clean (mold). Crocobeach Barraca was fun as far as atmosphere is concerned, but the seafood platter for dinner was disappointing. Overcooked and not fresh.

What a beautiful place. The staff were so helpful with arranging attractions for us to see. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was so much to chose from and the natural juices were delicious. I would recommend staying in a room that is facing the beach. We stayed on the lateral part of the hotel and the wind would howl through the night and wouldn’t let us sleep.

The hotel is very isolated far from the main Fortaleza night life , restaurants, shopping.areas . Certainly not suited for solo travelers. The area is not safe to go out alone at night.Reception staff are certainly not pleasant. The hotel is spotless ,rooms spacious, breakfast average., majority of staff are OK. I had ordered a double room with balcony/sea views The room was on the first floor look on to a forest of coconut trees no sea views. The hotel staff are paranoid about any one who calls to the hotel for you.In my case a male friend called to drive me to find a bank, when I asked for him to be allowed come to the room while I was getting things together Reception staff informed him he MUST sign in and produced ID AFTER THAT he would be allowed to the room for 5 mins and told he wasn't to attempt to sleep in the room. This incident happened at 4.30in the afternoon

Excellent breakfast,good staff and clean room

Café muito bom e cama confortável. Problema: havia um grupo muito barulhento que passou o sábado na área da piscina e hidro com som alto, bebendo muito e gritando. Incomodaram bastante, mesmo após as 22h e o hotel não tomou qq providência. Pior: com o decreto estadual, os hóspedes tinham que ficar confinados a partir das 15h. Imagina a situação horrível!
