I was never told I had to take out my trash. I was never told they didn’t do housekeeping

Nice place. I felt safe . But there was a really odd smell in hallways from someone cooking. Yikes. Was nagging smell. Also window didn’t open very much. Tv channels sucked. I like the location of hotel but is pricey .. was hoping it had a little bit of utensils and a cup or glass. But all in all next time I come to visit my mom I’ll stay there. Do u have a point system for credit towards stays.

Our first time at this brand. Not used to an unattended front desk after 8 pm. Front desk didn’t open until 11am on Sunday morning. Wouldn’t matter except I needed a hairdryer. Clean room, hard bed. Slept well anyway.

The staff is just rather ignorant or just hate their job except the 2 men they are nice

Service didn’t wanna open the door, the room looks nothing like photos, small and stinks. They knock on the door a hour before check out.

This property has no amenities. Its an extended stay. They do not have coffee. The room has no utensils, no coffe maker, no ice machine, no napkins, no papertowels. It is a bare bones hotel with 0 help. It accepts pets but no place to walk pets except a 4 x 4' area. Front desk did not know where to get coffee, order pizza, a grocery store, knew nothing. And they had no lists for any of these items.

Facilities to cook was present. No pots, dishes or soap provided. Room was clean! TV limited channels. No WiFi provided. Easy location to highways. Parking available!

They started calling the room at 9:45am to remind me when checkout was. Then they knocked on the door at 10 am to tell me the same thing, also called one more time and knocked again. I checked in at 1 am and all i wanted to do was sleep. The customer service and everyone that works there is awful.

Never stay again. We booked two rooms that week. Rooms weren’t getting clean which is understandable due to the pandemic set a bag of trash outside the door to come back the next day thrown back into the room saying customer responsible for trash it was a small bag so we left it next to the trash when checked out they took 50 dollars off my deposit just for excessive trash! The next room they charged our card twice and was a hassle to try getting it back!

I like the property but it has a motel feel. Online I was under the impression this would be family friendly but it is very transient. Homeless people hanging out in the parking lot, truck drivers congregating in the picnic area.
