The hotel receptionist did not have any reservation for my room and created a very disgusting situation for the reconfirmation and after contacting the Hotels.com customer care, the receptionist gave the keys of a room , soon to know that we were 3 guests who have booked only for 1 adult. He wasted 2 hrs. of my time and I chose this hotel so that my son could study well for his exam the next day which was ruined completely due to this.
In summary, No Geyser facility was provided, Bottled water was given only after a long lasting quarrel with the receptionist and that too 1 bottle per day, the room quality and decorations was very bad as compared to the picture shown, No newspaper provided, The receptionist was very rude, and lacked professionalism. He gave other guests who booked directly through him at much lesser prices than what I paid and all in all he took me for granted and provided the worst possible experience at the time when I needed a rest and relaxation for my exam the next day. I suggest you to never ever book this place. The only thing I felt was up to the mark is it's room service and the Hotel restaurant.
