Unhappy. Never again.
1. No coffee maker in the room. How to enjoy the balcony in the morning? So much for having a view.
2. No response from maid or front desk for a bath mat, light not working and bathroom door that would not close.
3. All inclusive, yet had to pay for snorkel equipment.
4. Small spread at buffets. Ran out of food before all guests could partake.
5. Bars ran out of alcohol by 3 pm.
6. What snack bar?
7. No food overlap between breakfast lunch and dinner time offerings. People are on vacation - shouldn't have to be on a hotel dining schedule at an all-inclusive. Shouldn't have to get up at 6 am to put in a reservation to one of the restaurants by 7. We did and then the restaurant wasn't full anyway even though they claimed to be booked.
2 families. None will recommend or stay at a Decameron again.
