Hotel Point du Jour

Very basic hotel, very basic room with basic amenities. Came down to have breakfast on the first morning to be told there's no breakfast being served as they had no bread. Anyway, eventually, the boy went out and bought some bread from a local shop, so I had a very average breakfast eventually. This hotel would be OK for a one night stay only.

The room was fine and was in great location what made it excellent was the staff members they could not do enough for you . Remember this is a two star basic hotel but because of the way I was treated I would go back

Elevator is tiny but met our need to avoid carrying luggage up stairs. Staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Room was small but not cramped. Shower door needed repair... It collides with bathroom door if you don't manage to close it fully. Breakfast was better than expected: included eggs made to order!

Very nice and clean room. Very convenient to the U.S. embassy.

Great little hotel. Quiet street, but within walking distance of most attractions. Public transit is a block away. Staff were extremely helpful with everything.

Very friendly and courteous. The staff is welcoming in every way. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are way better than I’ve experienced at some higher priced hotels. And the hotel is conveniently located.

We loved this hotel so much, we stayed in it again the next time we landed in Casablanca. Super professional and caring service, great central location near the main train station to Marrakech, found an awesome restaurant nearby, and most important of all, we slept very comfortably and peacefully in the room. Hats off to making our stay very pleasant and comfortable - twice now!

I enjoyed my accomodation; however I don't think I should have to request housekeeping if it is a hotel service. I was disturbed to have someone chasing me down the street to pay a tax when I had already checked out after three nights. This should have been accomplished at check in.

The staff were helpful. I was not expecting much amenities for this price point. Lots of noise were coming inside the hotel from outside. I had to change the first room but the situation did not improve. Some kind of motor went on all night long outside my room. I was not able to sleep. Single beds are too small even for a small person like me. Well, you get what you pay for. Given the choice, i would not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.
