Hostel staff were so helpful and kind. Daff especially was very helpful and knowledgable, she gave us lots of advice and everything we booked through her was excellent. She gave good prices and lots of info about recommendations. 24hr help is really useful. The easy rider company we used were excellent, Dujan and his brother Ky were very kind and knowledgable.

A charming kitchen, like with roomates, and a great staff team. Super comfortable bed.

The Hostel is in a really good location in the old town of Hanoi, right near everything. The service was really good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when we had a few issues (not regarding the hotel) one thing I will say is that these are well taken photos of the Hostel, slightly misleading on the space of the rooms, I am quite broad shouldered and it made it very difficult to actually walk in the space between the door and the dorm bed, I had to shuffle in sideways and even that was a challenge, don’t expect any living space with any real room, the toilets are also showers, so prepare to have to dry down the entire toilet seat before you go, showers are pretty difficult for a tall person to use, but at least they are warm, the bed is very comfy and the wifi is very fast, so when you’ve actually made it into the bed after squeezing through the bedroom, it’s not too bad a place at all. Very impressed with the staff here, they helped us through a pretty difficult problem and for that I’d recommend this place despite a few issues with space.

Best Choice! Good location, nice staff, aisle in the room is not wide, but bed is so comfortable. if i come alone or with my friends, will visit again here, i recommend here

clean and comfort, staffs are good, good location for take bus to airport or other city, hostel can book sleeping bus to other city for us, so nice!

HPで決済が終わっているのに、ホテル側で支払確認が取れず、パスポートを預ける事になって、 とっても不安だった。 また、階段しかないので、重い荷物を持っている場合は、部屋までの移動が大変

We got a very warm welcome from the staff and everything was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the communal spaces especially the rooftop. Good location and free breakfast.

Very nice hostel with good and happy staff. Breakfast is very basic but i'm just thankful they serve it. Only negative is toilets are joined with showers so everything is soaked when you shower, but that's standard in Asia. Just bring som flip flops. Overall i had a great stay.

翌朝、早めに空港に行くのにこちらに滞在しました。 その点でいえば、非常に優れたホステルです。 徒歩1分程度のところに86番の空港行バスが止まります。バス停には86番が書いてありませんが、止まります。 朝食も6時半からなので、問題なく食べられました。 私の時は、6時58分にバス停にバスが来て、国際線出発階に着いたのが7時36分でした。 宿泊施設としては、カプセルホテルのように区切られていて清潔で快適でした。 同室の方も静かだったので運も良かったと思います。 トイレとシャワーが一緒になっていて、シャワー室としては少し手狭な感じでした。 それと、私が使ったシャワーはシャワーノズルが少し傷んでいて水が漏れるため、その分シャワーの水圧が弱かったです。 ボディーソープやシャンプーが備え付けてあって、バスタオルもあれば文句なしでしたが、値段を考えるとその辺を求めるのは贅沢すぎかと思います。 また、空港行にせよバス移動にせよ朝に移動がある場合は、こちらに宿泊しようと思います。
