It was just like to stay at a home of locals, so it's very comfortable to live in here. Location is great, just 5 mins to a major Metro station and this place actually resides in the downtown of Xian. Very ideal for a budget travel. The reception is also very friendly.
Location of the apartment is ok, it’s walking distance from the subway. Even though the staffs couldn’t speak English, they were nice and friendly. It’s a budget hotel, the quality meet my expectation. It’s a good choice for a budget trip.

Hard to find
Very difficult to find. Was surprised to find although it advertises a kitchen there are no utensils, plates, pans etc and you have to pay extra to use! Also in bathroom a plunger to clear toilet and shower drain and a sign saying if you require them to fix this a plumbing charge will be added to your bill. Surely this should be checked to make sure it’s working before check-in. I had to clear shower drain during first use of shower!! But unit was tidy and location is good, it just would have been nice to know about kitchen charges beforehand

Quite comfortable but can be improved.
To be honest you get what you pay for.Photos can be deceiving.The room was acceptable as it was a single room for 2 persons. What helped most was the washing machine in the room.Due to the very hot weather we washed our clothes daily due to high perspiration. What we found wanting was the cleanliness of the toilet. Every morning as you opened the toilet door to brush your teeth and shower, you were greeted with a foul and obnoxious smell that permeated from the drainage hole.The drainage was slow due to residue stuck in the hole. We poured Dettol almost every night into the hole so that in the morning we could breath easier. The side of the toilet walls were discoloured with stains and mildew which were 'begging' to be scrubbed clean.The a/c needs cleaning. Area fronting the apartment block isn't the best to say the least and the elevators look like they would break down any moment in this 30 storey block of apartments. To add to our woes one elevator wasn't working and coming down can be frustrating as the elevators are constantly utilised and stop at almost every floor. The surrounding area abounds with many local eateries and even a Singapore Clay Pot restaurant which we had patronised quite a bit. A little Vanguard supermarket is behind the block if you need any items like water and sundries.There are two bakeries too in the area. Bus stop and metro is less than 5 minutes walk from the block.Shuttle to airport at Xian Hotel is about 300 metres from the hotel at Rmb 25 pp.

Rooms good, but building feels not so safe.
Service, amenities, rooms were good. But the only problem is building that looks fine from outside, but out of maintenance inside. Lightbulbs out, elevators dirty. If you are already used to what it is like in these chinese apartments, will not be so shocked though. I felt a little unsafe.

Opt for the more expensive room
We stayed in the most basic room in what for us was a high rise tower - about $25 US per night, and we made that room choice simply because we were inexperienced with travel in China, The room would be fine for someone on a very limited budget: there was no shower curtain in the small bathroom which explained the peeled paint on the door. Staff spoke fluent English & was very helpful by providing extra details on a local map and by recommeding an excellent tour of Xi’an and local restaurants. Water was unavailable for half a day due to a construction mishap nearby, but was restored later the same day. Location is a 10-minute walk to the south gate of the ancient wall. Subway is one block away,

El apartamento está bien en general, en un edificio un poco raro y un poco difícil de encontrar, pero cerca del metro y de la parada de bus al aeropuerto.
