Highly recommend NOT TO STAY …!!
Extremely rude receptionist called Ashok. He is an old man who is also the order taker for the room service and housekeeping. Basically the ONLY contact point for any services within the hotel. WiFi didn’t work. And I had paid for WiFi ! No soaps, no shampoo and no towels in room when I checked in. No coffee or tea utilities in room. Nothing. Bed linen smelling and dirty. Looked as if it hadn’t been changed from past 4-5 customers. Simply shabby ! Room had a very dingy and depressing look on the inside. Mounds and spots all over ceiling and walls. The curling fan had only 2 settings. On and Full …!!
I wasn’t allowed to even put on AC even though I booked AC room. I don’t think AC even worked. Although I didn’t try it. No breakfast provided even though I booked with breakfast. Paid for everything including morning coffee. No hot water. No bottled water in room. I purchased my own. Very rude person at reception to top it all. Pay for everything as soon as you consume. And room bell keeps on ringing at the oddest of hours with some small bill or another ( of coffee etc )thus not letting you rest at all. Basically the hotel does not trust its customers with even 50 cents worth of a pending bill without bothering him at the worst of hours.
