Appartamenti Massimiliano

The apartment was great and very good location, but communicating with the owner and finding the apartment was really difficult. We arrived to the place but the gate was closed, so we had to wait until one of the guest will get outside so we could get in. Then in order to find the room we had to watch a video sent to us by Whatsapp, so we can find where the key was left for us. After we found the key, we had to watch another video in order to find where the apartment is actually is. Finding the key and the room wasn't so easy.

Phantastische Lage mit einem sehr guten Parkplatz.

The apartment is quite spacious and was very clean. It is very close to the centre of Peschiera, less than 5mins walk where there are very good restaurants. There is a bus stop just outside the apartments and it is very close to the ferry. Since there is no reception we were sent a video by whattsup how to get the keys and how to reach the appartment, however during our stay the owner was reachable in case we needed anything. The only thing which bothered us were the mattresses which weren't much comfortable. There is also a pool which can be used. Very positive experience in general.

Spacious apartment in a bit of a dated complex. only real issues with the apartment itself are the entry door, it has a filthy raggedy curtain over the outside I suppose to block the light (it has a glass in typical 70's Italian fashion. It would be better if the owner installed a little blind to the inside of the door, it would serve its purpose better and it wouldn't look nasty. Also the terrace plastic blind needs replacing. I would reupholster or steam-clean the couch but I'm a bit picky with stains and cleanliness.

Dejligt roligt sted og skøn lejlighed. Vi var bare ikke fortalt at poolen lukkede for sæsonen. Det var ærgerligt, for et af vores kriterier var, at der skulle være pool

Sistemazione buona per 4 persone non per 5. Bagno senza finestra e piccolo anche se completo. Aria condizionata inesistente (apparecchio tipo Pinguino con tubo alla finestra e presa lontano. Peraltro molto rumoroso praticamente inutilizzabile. Nelle atre stanze solo ventilatori. Piscina non pulita (vegetazione sul fondo). Esterno poco vivibile con balconcino piccolo. Tv non a schermo piatto ma con tubo catodico. Parcheggio interno, vicinanza al centro, disponibilità del proprietario

Perfect location and excellent customer service! The rooms were tidy and had everything you need. I would book again!
