Sehr schöne Zeit gehabt würden aufjedenfall wieder selbe Appartment buchen.Antonio ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter, der uns geholfen hat bei boat touren buchen, Taxi bestellen, Bus Linien ect.Top Service von Antonio der ganze Zeit über Whatsapp für unsere fragen erreichbar war und immer uns weiterhelfen konnte.

This place should be considered more of an Airbnb than a hotel room. There is no lobby to check in, just a sign that says the name and to check in on the first floor. The sign is in Italian. The door is usually locked, however I was able to get in and go to the first floor and knocked on the door and rang the bell. There was no answer so I went down to the restaurant downstairs and asked who I should check with to get in and the owner of the place was there and he brought me upstairs to his office and I was able to check in. No lobby, just an office. After getting in my room it was not explained to me that the circuit breaker goes off automatically which means the air conditioning and the refrigerator turn off as well as the lights. After figuring out that this was automatic I had to manually check the circuit breaker each time I got home and a few times it went off and I manually had to go out of the room and turn it back on. Very frustrating. Also the door cannot be locked from the inside except by using the key, which means one cannot get out quickly in case of an emergency. The owner explained that when I leave I should just leave the key in the room. I never saw him or anyone else from the day that I checked in so there was no one to contact in case I needed some help which fortunately I didn’t. I would not stay here again. However it was reasonably priced and there was ample parking and I had a car because it was not in a populated area.

Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish. The accommodations were clean, personalized and the customer service by Antonio was better than any other experience I have had. The cafe/bar below the property is a plus, nice to be able to go down for a snack and drink. I would definitely return. On a side note, this is outside of the city center so I would recommend renting a car due to high taxi costs.
