Very pleasant stay. Fantastic terrace on 5th floor, which we sadly only discovered our last day there. Easy location, with good transport nearby or easy walk to downtown (20-25 mins). Only issue we had is that the electrical system would fail sometimes, so the kitchen burner would stop working, even when everything else did. When we called they came right away to take care of it. However, the disconnection happened almost every day--only with kitchen burner. Apart from that, we would repeat in a heartbeat-- we loved waking up in front of an enormous window-door and seeing the city from our bed. Great relationship price/service/location

Property was clean with basic self catering equipment. There were no welcome packs for guests. The location is in residential area and there was a lot of noises from dogs barking and traffic. However trams nearby to use to travel to central areas.

The apartment was conveniently located - in a quiet area, but very close to small supermarkets and the tram line which takes you to the central station and local sights. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and there were enough pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to cook dinner. We were provided with the manager's phone and email contacts prior to our arrival and the times when she would in the building were clearly displayed on a chalkboard in the entrance of the building. Had we needed anything, we wouldn't have had any problem getting in touch with the manager. I can only recommend staying in this apartment and my husband and I will definitely return for another holiday.

The apartment is located in a residential area of santa cruz and within walking distance of the city centre. We used it as a base to explore the island. The cost over xmas was very reasonable compared to the resort areas near TFS airport. Check in was easy as the instructions to get access to the apartment was provided a few days before our arrival. The apartment is clean, comfortable and sleeps 3 adults and a small child. There is a kitchen with 2 halogen hobs/ microwave/ fridge. It appeared there was only enough hot water for 1.5 showers and had to wait awhile for the water to heat up again. We had a hired car and didn’t have any problems finding a parking spot on one of the side streets though there is small car park nearby which we didn’t use. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Aracelys was a great host and responded to call and emails swiftly. The apparently was really nice and clean and was easy to locate. There were clear instructions about the location, check in/out. There unfortunately wasn’t a view for our room there was no food provisions at all, so was a little annoying having to buy all the basics (I.e: oil, salt, tea, sugar, butter etc etc). Overall, I would definitely stay there again! :)

Attention il est noté parking dispo dans l annonce mais il n y a pas de place avec l appartement il faut se garer dans le quartier et surtout ne pas rentrer trop tard car les places sont rares ! Sinon relance du contact qui n avait pas du voir ma resa mais reactive pour l envoi des infos: Adresse, code du batiment et code de la boite dans laquelle recuperer la clé car pas de reception sur place. Appartement propre et grand mais mal insonorisé, je suis restée 2 nuits et malheureusement la 1ere : quasi impossibilité de dormir, bruit tte la nuit jusqu à 5h. La 2eme nuit a été plus calme heureusement. Je ne trouve pas perso que la localisation soit top pour visiter la ville...j avais juste besoin de me rapprocher de La Laguna.

La estancia ha sido agradable. No me enviaron el protocolo de entrada y tuve que llamar dos veces al contacto. Al final entramos al apartamento. El edificio es antiguo pero el apartamento está reformado.

La decoración de la habitación es moderna. Sin embargo la calidad del descanso fue muy mala: las fundas del colchón son de plástico y además de no transpirar, se arrugan y hacen ruido cuando te mueves; las sábanas bajeras no son ajustables y se arrugan; el jabón fue absolutamente insuficiente para tres días y acabé duchándome sin jabón. La recepción solo abre 2 horas en día laborable por lo que fue imposible pedir más jabón. En el local de la planta baja están de obras y en día laborable el descanso finaliza a las 8 de la mañana.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era veramente spazioso, luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione non è centrale ma è a meno di 5 minuti dalla comodissima tramvia. Nei dintorni ci sono bar, supermercati e ristoranti.
