Impressive Premium Punta Cana

Die Unterkunft mit dem Premium Paket war sehr gut. Man konnte zwischen verschiedenen Bedien-Restaurants wählen. Das Essen war ansprechend und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Buffet Restaurant war sehr, sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil: Reservierung der Liegen - bereits morgens um kurz nach 8h waren sämtliche Liegen am Beach und den Pools mit Handtüchern belegt.

Besonders großzügige Anlage....es verläuft sich alles sehr gut. Das Gym ist gut ausgestattet.

The resort was good, the room was a little outdated, but the service was great, Ezequiel and Jose at the front desk were the best, and Yessenia at the buffet was marvelous! They did make my stay enjoyable!

Very well landscape property with it’s pools, bars and restaurants comfortably spaced apart form one another. The resort’s ocean front is grand (600 yds) of sandy beach.

The resort was amazingly maintained. Everything was exceptionally clean. Worker constantly out maintaining the property. The food was OK, a lot of options. Not my favorite as I’m slightly picky but a lot of variety. Really enjoyed the a la cartes, Japanese and On the Grill were our favorite. Dinner reservations were on the later side though which wasn’t ideal for our family in particular but worth the wait overall. Nothing to complain about EXCEPT the timeshare people. I know they’re trying to make money but I found them very shady. It was like you had to pay attention to everything you agreed to or you were somehow being pulled into a scam of some sort. It was frustrating. And it started at the airport for us which made our trip start off with a bad taste. But it got better. Once we ditched the timeshare presentation they did stop bugging us about it for the most part. Just avoid the people in white and you’ll have a great time! Lots of pools to choose from, lots of beach chairs, no seaweed on the beach! A beautiful resort. Good drinks. Premium check in and check out was incredibly quick. Expedia shuttle drivers were great. Overall we had a good time!

We loved our room despite the requested tropical view was not the best. Our balcony faced to the water sport company next to the hotel, however we had partial ocean view so can not complain. Loved the jacuzzi and our room was always spotless thanks to Rigoberto. Food was fine, loved the buffet breakfasts and snacks during day, however a la carte restaurants were below standard selection and food quality wise. Only the Japanese worth to visit. But all together we had great time there. Beach was always clean thanks to staff.
