It is a great hotel for taking flights, the staff is friendly but front desk are really nice with adults but unfriendly with teenagers.

Positive: the Hotel is very close to the airport, the room was confortable and very clean.
Negative: staff at the front desk total unprepared, most of them rude (exect for a nice lady called "Elsa"), the breakfast that is included is very poor, you can eat only fruits and bread, even for eggs and cheese you have to pay extra, I never saw that in any place I stayed before. Also the coffee machine was very small, many times we have to stay in a line for 15-20 minutes, just waiting for the staff bring more coffee.
The reception was always "crowded" because acctually are two hotels, City Suites and City Plus, so it is a lot of guests for only one reception. Everytime you need an information you have to go there, wait in the line, sometimes for 20-30 minutes just to make a simple question, because they NEVER answered the phone, I tried to call from my room several times and then a member of staff told me the phones don't work. I recommend this place just if you really need to be close to the airport, if not, look for another hotel.

A little disappointed
Hotel is fantastic. Rooms are clean. Bed is a little hard. Breakfast is great. Getting the shuttle was a Royal pain in the butt. Ended up spending $30 US to get there.

Great free airport shuttle
Clean and modern hotel near the airport. Great for my quick stay before an early morning flight. Room was clean and comfortable with everything you need (coffee, water, nice shower and bathroom amenities). Didn’t get to the pool but it was gorgeous. The free hotel shuttle works great, just make sure you book in advance and bring cash to tip your driver.

The protocol for Covid were very high at the hotel, from walking in and screening the guest, to the cleanliness of common areas. The rooms have everything needed from cutlery to a fridge and dishwasher. Unfortunately the shower had mold around the bottom. We made it work as this was a pit stop for us before we flew out the next morning.

Terrible customer service
The hotel itself was rather clean, room was fine. We were lacking the appropriate number of towels and water bottles despite the number of people on the reservation, but despite this were denied water and towels. The staff was beyond rude, and super unhelpful. I heard NO a lot, which is honestly just a poor reflection on the training of staff. No empathy or accommodation mentality. We were denied water in the morning even though we just were requesting to refill our bottles as they had denied giving us an extra bottle for the other person in the room. The security guard was pushy and strange. Overall, despite it being an okay place to sleep in terms of security and or lack of bedbugs, the property could not make up for the lack of hospitality experienced. I would never return to this establishment or any sister properties for this reason. Terrible energy.

Don’t stay here if you value your money!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever exoeurved. Multiple excuses from management, NO SHUTTLE, dirty room, bad service, lack of experience in hotels. Idiot workers who looked unkept, shirts don’t fit missing buttons! I would NEVER stay here again and I strongly suggest NO ONE does as well!! 8 stars on this app is a total LIE!!!!!

Extremely upset about the airport shuttle service, which is why I’m reporting. I was picked up at Cancun airport (T3) at 11:30. Then the driver went to another stop (another terminal I guess, no big deal) to pick up 3 additional passengers. After that HE JUST DISAPPEARED FOR 40 MINUTES, leaving all 4 of us inside the van with no explanation! Not only the unexplained delay was unacceptable; if you take under consideration that we’re still in the middle of a pandemic, how safe is it to be stuck in a van with 3 other people, all windows closed and no news of the driver’s whereabouts?? Is that normal here? When he finally came back, without apologizing or anything, he didn’t even take us to the hotel: HE WENT YET TO ANOTHER TERMINAL TO PICK UP AN EXTRA PASSENGER! By that time I had been inside that van for ONE FULL HOUR! Ended up getting to the hotel at 12:45. What’s the point of getting an airport hotel if the transfer is gonna take longer than your flight? Nothing against the hotel itself which is ok for the price, but this transfer situation was inexcusable and completely ruined it for me.
