The place is clean and well kept, but there are a few issues: Lebanon suffers from little water resources, and to have a shower it takes 20 gallons of cold water before you get the hot water, they have a central heating in the ground, and all the water is lost. 2- they insist on putting on the lights of all balconies, and that is in your room, hence, if you want to sleep, you have to close the curtains, which forces you to use air conditioning, that is very environmentally unfriendly, We should be able to put off the balcony light, and open the windows and sleep, but there are no fly screens either, which in turn forces you to sleep with air con on, too bad. They do not have towel hangers any where, or clothes hangers in bathrooms they do not have a safety mat in the shower, with very slippery ceramic shower floors, very hazardous indeed

Stay not so good because of repairs at réception office. Transfer from airport charged more than promised.Asked for différent services. No Wall hangars in the Small bathroom.

Good hotel. Clean and kind staff

det var bra inom rommet. men vi blev förvånade när vi såg att hotellet var inte klart de förtfarande bygger om nere vid ingång och trappan var inte klart. jag ramlad en gång och min 3 årig dotter 2 gånger . det var mycket sand och stenar där nere vid ingång. städning sket inte varje dag. de alldrig bytte bed klädsel. och det var vi som bett om handduckar varje dag. bakom gardiner var mycket dam och smuts eftersom att de fortfarande bygger om.
