Gara Suites Golf & SPA

Gara Suites ist eine neu renovierte Anlage. Wir fanden die Ruhe als besonders nennenswert. Hier kann man sich richtig erholen. Betten sind neu und von hervorragender Qualität. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Golfblick. Der geringe Aufpreis hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Personal ist Mega freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Das Zimmer hätte gerne auch zwischendurch von den Staubmäusen befreit werden können

I love the space and how the bedroom is Separate from the living area. The cleaner are very good, but I don’t like how they just walk in sometimes.

Extreme weather with Calima and a last minute overnight stay. Hotel room not very clean as muddy footprints and clumps of brush hair on floor. Understand extreme weather therefore dust understandable on all surfaces. Noisy dining room and lack of food in hot food area.

Very friendly staff, good service, very efficient location on the Las Americas golf course. Average breakfast quality and very loud breakfast room A good choice if your main focus is on the efficiency and convenience of the location, but not necessarily on the hotel itself.

Quiet area, away fromn the hustle and bustle of the busy resorts but within a fifteen minute walk

Whilst the décor of the rooms was quite nice, there were limited items in the self catering apartments, considering this hotel rates itself as 4 star. Kettles had to be ordered from reception, we had just 3 cups in a two bedroom apartment, crockery items and cooking utensils were very limited and there was no microwave provided, it was also extremely cold in our apartment. Food was not of the best quality. The best area was the pool, which was heated. Location of rooms were widespread and confusing to get to. The property is in quite a remote location, so taxi's were needed to get to all other areas within Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos. Even the location of the nearest supermarket was 15 minutes walk away. I was surprised that there wasn't an in house supermarket, given that there were a number of family rooms that were self catering. Some reception staff were quite abrupt.

Staff rude and incompetent. Beds have no sheets only a comforter that smelled from the previous guest. Paid extra for a kitchen that had no cooking pots or pans. 40 min walk to any store or restraunt must cab it everywhere. My advice book something closer to the beach you'll be happy you did H10 looked really nice wish we would've stayed there.

Very bad service, rude staff. Avoid it.
