Aspasia Kata Luxury Resort Apartment

The apartment was poorly equipped- not even a table and chairs; the kitchen only partial functional. Big difference how the appartment was looking on the picture and in the reality.

Beautiful setting. Great service. However, the road out of the hotel toward the Main Street & beach is narrow and very hilly — difficult to climb up that hill in the heat! Kitchen is well equipped and the whole unit is spacey.

Pros: -Great location between Kata and Karon beaches -Awesome pool -Beautiful property -The rooms are huge! -Really nice views from our three balconies -Bath towels and beach towels -drinking water gets refilled every day Cons: -There isn’t always someone at the front desk -the property is sort of tired, you can tell they are in the process of redoing it -Our towels were not replaced the whole stay, unless we went to the front desk and asked Overall we enjoyed our stay. You definitely get what you pay for!

Beautiful architecture, but need a lot of maintenance and updating. Rooms are big and beautifully located. But our rooms smells stink as we enter, the furniture are too old. It is a shame they do not keep the property updated.

My family and I loved this resort. The room was huge! We had plenty of spec to relax inside as well as outside. The beds were comfortable and while we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. We loved the free water bottles everyday and the pool towels we removed. The pool was amazing and very relaxing. There is a shuttle that can take you to two beaches so you don’t have to walk down the steep hill and they even pick you up if you give them a time. We had individual WiFi for our own room which was the first time I have ever seen that. I absolutely loved this hotel and will hands down recommend it to everybody!

We are returning guests and had another great experience. We had a couple minor requests and the staff was very responsive and accommodating. Why rent a small hotel room when you can have a large 2 bedroom apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and huge balcony with a great view. Yes, the building/units shows some wear in some areas, so what. Bed is comfortable. What you get more than compensates for minor things. Great location at the quiet end of Kata beach and near the Kata/Karon border. Perfect. Can walk to restaurants and bars and the beach (down the hill), but we rent a scooter to get around. While the hotel was fairly full, we rarely saw other guests, it is private and quiet. Look forward to next visit!

Apartments were lovely... A swim up bar or breakfast/ room service food option would be nice aswell

This runs like a hotel, but is a complex of apartments. View spectacular as expected. Pictures of the units are accurate. Apartment was spacious and full-size kitchen was very will equipped. Staff helpful. Some minor maintenance things here and there, but staff is active on-site fixing things, cleaning, etc. Buildings are not brand new, but units are in good shape! Bed comfortable. The complex is at the quiet end of Kata beach, which is a great beach and walkable to the busier end if desired. Complex is built into the hillside, close enough to hear the waves from the balcony. Pools were great. Walkable to several restaurants and shops, driveway goes up a steep hill about 400m so you'll need to be mobile if walking. Nice views come with a little bit of effort!. Great place to bring a family. Wifi worked well. Scooters available right there. Very good value overall, why pay for a small hotel room for the same price as a large apartment! Have found the place to stay in Phuket and will return!

We are very happy with the room space, especially the Andaman sea view from our rooms.
