Great potential disappointing management
The hotel is located on a beautiful blue lagoon that faces the sunrise..this was the only positive aspect of our stay plus the fast check-in
But for the rest very disappointed
The staff seemed annoyed by any request and rude. They played loud music early in the morning and throughout the day. Plus watched movie on the public screen while guests were having dinner.
The dirtiness of the property is beyond imagination, plastic bottles and bags on the shore and on the ground (the staff instead of playing video games on their phone should clean around). the bathroom has never been cleaned in two days. The bed was small and the mosquito net even smaller (it was supposed to fit one single bed not a twin one)
Plus it is a pretty expensive place compared to the other properties in samoa and in the area. Surely value for money less than zero
