"Hotel was acceptable, with clean rooms and ample breakfast. There is a feeling that it’s overdue a significant refurbishment, but comfortable stay overall. Important note: this might be a cultural difference, but the inclusive spa visit makes flip-flops AND swimming cap mandatory - if you don’t have your own upon arrival the hotel requires you to purchase both from the spa reception. This is somewhat unusual for a 4-star hotel in my experience, so worth specifically mentioning. "

"Stayed here 2 nights as we explored the Picos. Easy walk to the funicular to Bulnes. Room was ok, our only issue was that the shower head holder was broken and not tub stopper - first world problems though really. Everything was clean, food was filling and the beer was cold."

"This is a beautiful property just outside of Las Arenas. Our room on the 2nd floor had a charming patio overlooking the stream. We were sad to leave. Book now if there is a room available!!"
