"Parking was a little bit of an issue but it was dealt with perfectly with the front desk (blonde hair woman). Parking is 19€/24hr as mentioned by the staff upon check in and after verifying my reservation with Expedia everything was fine then we did had to go out for about 3 hours and realized the parking counter is not stopping whatsoever at 2,50€ ? An hour!!! We stayed 3 nights went out to the 8th March for about 3 hours paid 34€ then return got out again the next morning got charged another 19€! We addressed this upon our return to the front desk and thanks to the wonderful woman (blonde hair sorry did not get her name) beacause the other guy was not willing to help us! Great staff except that guy at front desk! We enjoy our stay love the paperless going , clean the room or do not disturb app on the door very innovating! "

"The breakfast was amazing! The whole trip was excellent. We had issues with our lights but they always sent someone quickly to address it! "

"The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well done and delicious. The hotel theme was Alice in wonderland and a little strange, but it was nice and the staff were friendly. "

"Lovely, central hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Had a small kitchenette so was nice for an evening tea. Excellent shower and nice beds. On a fairly busy street but good blackout shutters worked for the noise and light. Added surprise bonus of being able to do our laundry at no extra charge! Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open…my daughter had hoped for one more swim this trip. "

"Lovely lady on reception . Clean hotel . A bit odd tho as was empty & no one seemed to be staying there . Enormous lobby area , nicely furnished, with what looked could have been a bar? Lacked any sort of amenities. The room was great tea & coffee & kettle , but no milk . Jerez seemed like a ghost town . We stayed early March & very little restaurants open "

"Room was very well maintained by the staff and the staff at the check-in were very helpful. However, the aircon wasn’t working throughout the whole building and I was told this would likely be until end of May until it was fixed. Whilst this wasn’t the end of the world, it meant the room was prone to getting humid and stuffy. Consumables were basic, I was on the end of the hand soap bottle and only the bare essentials, no conditioner, were provided. Whilst the piano in the lobby was broken, the hotel was otherwise really well decorated, maintained and held a nice atmosphere inside. Parking is a struggle if you have a car!"

"Staff was brilliant and helpful - from room tidiness to travel arrangements. I had to catch a very early flight before breakfast time and they kindly provided some takeaway bentos and arranged taxi service. The breakfast and bar service was excellent as well. Would be staying with them again when I return to Jerez."
