"Beautiful sea view, quiet street in the evening. Easy to get around once you find where things are. Managed to get a kettle and a couple of cups from reception. Had a well needed fridge in the room. Room was cleanish, the floor once got brushed once in the first few days of us being there. "

"The view was beautiful. Check in was very different (between 1-4 pm you couldn’t check in). They are charging €10 for parking which is very limited for the amount of apartments they have. When we arrived the only parking spot for check in was taken so my husband had to park a bit further (illegally). By the time we got our languages up to our room and my hubby got back to the car to move it, 3 police bikes and a police vehicle pulled up to give him a ticket! In less then 10 minutes! Than goodness my husband was able to explain the situation and they gave him a break. The building runs on a shared wifi so if you need to use it fork work etc., make sure you have a lot of data on your phone. We were there for a few days and couldn’t connect to wifi at all! As I mentioned the view is beautiful, the place was clean. If you have disabilities you’ll need your car because it is on a hill and you can walk to the beach using stairs. Neighbours are quite noticeably through the walls, no noise barriers. Also one of our neighbour looked into our apartment multiple times while there. But the view is beautiful! "

"There are ocean views from the 6th floor as advertised, but the building is located right across old houses which are in bad shape and vacant lands which are being redeveloped. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Jennifer and Andreo greeted us very professionally when we checked in. Underground parking garage gets five stars! Good value overall."
