Check-in was easy with direct access from the car park to reception. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean with comfortable bed, large shower and the dressing gowns were a nice additional touch. Nice modern hotel - great for a short stop over on our journey from the UK. Not much in Loos itself so if you want to eat dinner make sure you book into the restaurant next door - it looks good but sadly fully booked when we arrived and it’s the only decent place in town.

Stayed for two nights- had only booked one but needed to stay for another night and staff very helpfull with rearrangements. Room clean and staff very professional and helpfull. They arranged taxi on one occasion which arrived promptly the rest of the time i took local bus to lille centre the stop for which is located near hotel. Would stay again.
