The stay wasn’t terrible but definitely had some issues. The location although right off the main road, was poorly lit at night, gives a foreboding feeling when driving to it after dark, and didn’t seem inviting.
Check in was ok, even with the virtual kiosk. The door jamb to my room had signs of previous damage, and although worked as it should, was concerning. There was a virtual bartender, which is cool, however, there was no microwave in the room…(virtual bartending technology but can’t get a microwave?). And on the subject of microwave, the community microwave in the hallway past the bar on an unravel piece of furniture was a nice touch.
I am not sure if this is a new Wyndham property or what, however, we were in room 129 and that hallway had the loudest “guests” who appeared to be living there and were extremely noisy through the early morning hours.
