Service was exceptional! Staff was friendly, supportive and helpful to my special needs. The hotel was in a nice quiet setting, surrounded by woods and away from any traffic noise, yet easy access to main roads. The dogs and I settled in easily. Would be happy to stay here again!

This did not struck me as the safest place. People were fighting on my floor and people were screaming in the parking lot. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere. I was a single female on this trip. So if you match that discription or these issues matter to you. I would just shell out a little more money to visit the area. It is very conveniently located to Salem and Boston. But it wasn’t worth it. Other things happened but I’ll just sum it up as an uncomfortable experience.

It’s was dirty when we got there one of the bedrooms smelt like stale urine when we asked for it to be cleaned all they said was that they would have there housekeepers come in while we were gone upon returning the smell was still there when we asked about they said all they did was spary it then we went to pull out the couch and found a condom and some candy and trash. when we went to leave we asked for one of the luggage carts and was told there was none and that people keep them in there rooms so they can use and that we would have to carry our stuff out to the car
