after a brief innitial misunderstanding the staff who received us was extremely helpfull and resourcefull in solving our issue with parking / our roofbox. she also recommended a lovely brasserie 3 doors down. only issue we had was getting to the hotel.

Location and the hotel are great

the hotel is conveniently located in the center of everything. lots of dining options, small shops and even better shops within walking distance. the room was good, we were on the first floor and had no problems with the outside noise. the hotel staff was helpful and nice. we chose not to have a breakfast as there were lots of small coffee and pastries shops nearby.

Comfortable beds, great location but terrible bathroom. You have to step over a very high frame into the bath to have a shower. The toilet was wedged into a corner and it was impossible to sit properly on it. Wonderful location next to the Palais des Papes and easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Central convenient location, parking underground and attached to the hotel. Close to dozens of restaurants and shopping. Hotel is not new but seems well maintained. The only feedback I would give is to clearly state the parking charge in the listing. They state that the offer a parking discount but it would have been better to know that parking in the city garage is 22eu per night as I would have calculated that and the city tax into the overall charge.

Not recommended for travelers with a car or lots of luggage. Not accessible at all. However the location is in close proximity to restaurants, bars, stores and the main Avignon attraction, Palais de Papes.

Room was smoke filled and was leaking water. I presume someone smoked near or in our room and set the sprinklers off. They need to find us another room. I’m getting a headache breathing this smoke in. My wife and I do not smoke. I should not have to pay for this room. Terrible living conditions. They Ned to fix this right away!!! The desk clerk is trying to dry up the water now.

Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was excellent too. But, it is necessary to inform the guests that it is not easy to bring the luggage to the hotel individually. in my case, police officers gladly helped me to drive to the hotel.

Hotel in pieno centro, all’arrivo Johan ci ha accolto comunicandoci che ci era stato applicato un upgrade e ci ha assegnato la stanza (unica) Privilege! Ultimo piano con terrazza ad uso esclusivo pressoché a contatto con il Palazzo dei Papi. Esperienza positiva.
