Unique historical facility at great location. I would recommend upgrading to premium rooms if available. My room had a lot of noise from an event in the evening in the Ballroom. Parking was available onsite.

Awful experience from the outset. Shabby rooms, quirky elevator without 2 person capacity. Run down everything. Corridor lights penetrating room all night. Tight parking without the 24 hour security advertised. Someone using a key entered our room at midnight. No breakfast facilities even for coffee. Awakened at 3 am to move our car in the parking. Slow and antiquated checking and check out system taking over an hour. No bath/shower mats in bathroom. Will never return and will not recommend.

Rooms left a lot too be desired
The property is well located, and the common areas are very nice. The rooms on the other hand, need extreme attention as broken curtains, bathroom, shower area, not in good condition plus the closet and the area lights were out bulb, probably burnt out. While air conditioning was working, it did had a leak dripping onto the carpet. It’s a pity, as I’ve stayed here years ago, and the experience was quite different.

Beautiful hotel but not happy with cold water.
The service was good. But the air condition was laud, shower water cold , the television only was showing one channel of science fiction. We talked to the desk person he came to the room and wasn’t able to do anything. The restaurant chef was wonderful but we had to left because we couldn’t handle having shower with cold water especially because my husband has a health condition. When we talked to the desk person he didn’t offer anything. We paid for 2 day and only stayed one day.
