As we arrived at the reception, they asked us to give out a print out of our reservation. Why is it needed? If the person who made the reservation is present with ID and all, why is it needed? I had to connect to the really crappy WIFI connection on the lobby (took me about 20 to send them my E-mail with the reservation). Yes I could have bought the "high-seep connection package" that they were selling, but why do I need to pay for something that I´m not gonna even use afterwards?. Apparently the guy that was attending us was new and made a mistake offering us to go to the breakfast buffet (we payed for 3 night stay - breakfast included, but of course, the arrival day is not included), I found it quite polite since he noticed that we were beat from the trip. But then the manager came and scolded the guy (infront of all customers) and told us really impolitely not to go to the breakfast room. I´ve worked in the service industry and if someone makes that type of mistake you correct it in a friendly matter. But I´m glad that we didn´t had breakfast that day, because the food was just awful for european standards, for example the ham tasted like plastic (all 3 days). The room gave the impresion to be clean (there was a sign that the toilet had been sanitized) but looking at the shower gave me another impresion. It was dirty! As it hadn´t been scrubbed in ages. Throught the journey in the hotel, the staff was fighting with each other, which made our stay really uncomfortable.
