Never again. I always check the beds. Mattress was in a bed bag but it was dirty. The platforms the mattress is on are dirty. The floor looks clean but is dirty. Very worn out and uncomfortable mattress. No front desk person. Virtual check in. Did not feel safe knowing no hotel personnel were on premises.

Too much money, not so much service

We did not realize there would be no attendants on duty until after I read about the check in procedure, which I can accept is on me. However, that also means, if you need anything, after 4 or 5pm, you're out of luck. We paid over $100 a night, and there was no coffee maker, something that is pretty standard now. There is a kitchenette, but you have to request to get things to cook with. We only 2 pillows (which were very flat) for 2 people. We were traveling and couldn't get in until after 4 on a Saturday, which means we could not talk with anyone to get items we would request. Again, paying over a $100 a night, there's no breakfast. The room key reset after a day, so we had to deal with that later at night when coming back after an event. I'm good with paying for a hotel, and granted it is clean, pretty quiet, and near things but not a main road, but for the price, it did not seem to be all that.

OK stay but not the greatest

Once we arrived we had to go through a long waited process to get checked in by calling a number and it still took 20 minutes. When we got to the room i dropped something on the ground and noticed under the bed was a cigarette package and trash. The walls looked like they had stuff spilt on them and not cleaned. Ever time we walked into the hallway it spelt like Marijuana. The bed was so low to the ground.

Arrived at the Woodsprings Extended Stay for the races. Picked the room for full size fridge and stovetop. No dishes, pots or pans came with room. Had issues with the AC all days and nights of stay. It was 84° with the Air on High. Reported the issues to Management-Brandon & Tasha. There was No empathy or reconciliation to correct the issue. Requested extra towels and washcloths, which was met with attitude and resistance. Basically Management Brandon was consistently rude, snapping & unprofessional. Would Not recommend this establishment to others. Horrible Stay!!!!

I think I was surprised by my greeting was the rules of the facility like it was my first day of prison .but it’s safe and quite and after 10 pm there wasn’t the normal drunk drift drama that plagues a lot of other hotels

Found a dead bug under the blankets upon arrival, also ended up killing a cockroach. Room appeared to be clean when we walked in but we ended up unsatisfied as we inspected more. People being loud outside all night (not the hotels fault but still, you could clearly hear everyone’s conversation and we were on the 3rd floor). I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
