3 star hotel at best.
Initial check in staff was rude. Extremely poor service to a platinum member. Didn’t even prepare our room early. At check out they tried to charge me again for the room. They had made the mistake and were trying to keep my money. Manager wasn’t willing to come out, he/she was busy. Eventually the attendant agreed that it’s on them, as I’ve clearly paid for the room in advance.
During that time, guests checking out were also complaining.
Rooms are disgusting, poor interior choice. The only good thing about the hotel are the views from your room.
Our tv was tuned to Middle Eastern channels with Arabic language or subtitles on most.
Don’t waste your money here. It’s a let down on the Marriot brand.
