The "check in" staff seemed committed to succeeding. Look I think I understand the business model, presumabling gouge the students during semester times, then use the resources to make money during student vacations. But checking in is a nightmare as they try to minimise staff through virtual means which leave punters without people to help, esp if your phone isnt working. It took a while and some walking between venues - looks like a conference took priority. The room itself did not even have a cup to make a cup of tea and the aircon was ineffective. It was not a comfortable stay. Seems located out in the boondocks too.

Hot hot hot! They decided to shut down the air conditioning in the whole building for the season while it’s still over 25 degrees outside. It’s absolutely insane, lots of guests complained and they didn’t even have fans to offer. All they offered is open the window which didn’t help much. Not sure what the reasoning to do this when they advertise air conditioning.

Sheet were dirty, I reported as soon as I arrived but they never sent anyone to change them. The kid across the hallway screamed to his videogame the whole weekend, I also asked front desk but they didn’t do anything. You have to register in an app to access the room; a different app to use the laundry, which has only one dryer for the whole building. I was only able to dry my clothes after midnight. You need to check in a few blocks away from the address of the booking, and the room was yet in a third building. Lots of walking.

My booking was on one address, and the check in was a few blocks away. But, when I got there, there was a sign telling me to go to a third location, again a few blocks away. Luckily, I only had a backpack, I can’t imagine all that walking with a suitcase. Avoid this place if you have luggage.

La struttura e la camera sono nuove, il problema è il servizio, prima mi dicono di fare il check-in ad un indirizzo e poi ti mandano in un altro posto a 600 metri. Arrivato li, prima attendo 20 minuti per la coda al check-in, poi non riescono ad aprire la mia camera, cosi che aspetto altri 45 minuti per poter entrare nella mia stanza

2 horas y media de cola para hacer el check in. Terrible! Llegué a las 20h y a las 22:30h me dieron un acceso con el teléfono. Tercermundista no tenerlo automatizado con envío directo al telefono sin obligar a lacer el check in fisico.

Pagar e não levar!!!

Cheguei as 19 hrs para checkin. Tinham mais de 50 pessoas na fila e apenas um funcionário para atender. Fui jantar sem banho e voltei as 23:30. Ai tinham 17 pessoas esperando e um funcionario para atender!!! Consegui entrar no meu quarto ja era mais de 1:30am!!! Reservei um quarto duplo com banheiro no meio, , o quarto que me deram não é duplo e o colchão é duro, alem de ter apenas um travesseiro por cama. Isso é inaceitavel!!! ESPERO REPARAÇÃO FINANCEIRA POR ESSE TRANSTORNO ABSURDO!!!!

You have to check-in at another building several blocks away. There is no physical key; they use a digital key from an app which you have to download. The digital key did not work when I arrived, and several other guests were also struggling with the app and trying to contact the office in the other building. There is no one in the actual building where the unit is to help you. I finally reached someone through the intercom to help, but she was not polite or apologetic. The unit itself (individual bed) is small but clean. But note there are absolutely no hand soap, utensils, plates, cups, etc. provided. This is very strange for a unit that is advertised as having a kitchen/microwave. The location is close to Cuatro Torres/Chamartin but very poorly connected (due to bad urban planning and construction). Plan on taking an uber/taxi everywhere or walking a long distance to the train station. Overall, I would NOT recommend staying here. There are many other options with better amenities and better location in Madrid at a similar price point. Stay away!

El problema del hotel ha sido que tuve que esperar 30’ para que hubiera alguien en recepción, y después me dieron un habitación y cuando llego veo que la están limpiando otros 40’ para que acabase! Voy al hall donde tienen máquinas y resulta que no funcionan ninguna ya que no te recoge la monedas…

Terrible registration process. At around 11 PM, they made me and another guest go to a different building (a 7 minute uphill walk) to register (which took a good 20 minutes), then the registration lady told me that my room was at the original location (a 7 minute walk back), only to find out that my room was actually at a 3rd building, (another 7 minutes away, also uphill.) - Absurd! Finally, the facilities are located in an industrial/commercial area with no restaurants or entertainment near by. - Would not recommend.

The Check in is in one building and then in my case the room or flat is on another building like 6 block away that you have to walk with your luggage or hired a Taxi to get there and Youn need to good thru a long processs to create a virtual key down loading and app and the staff have to explain you a lot of this to get in , one late night I could not get in because my phone was low battery with my kid …. Terrible and luckily the door finally open. I think this is a place to stay for a long time and not a short stay. There is not bathroom supplies and The A/C you don’t have control even thought there is a panel in the apartament. The area does not feel safe and the there is a lot of beggers around it amd last but not least the nearest Metro station are very far from this place. Don’t get me wrong is a nice place , good price but it comes with a lot of downsides. Thanks

Des instructions pas du tout claires sur l'endroit a se rendre. Reçu des mail avec informations contradictoires de l'endroit où se rendre. En arrivant dans la chambre, elle était pas faite, des draps, serviettes et poubelle de l'ancienne personne tout ça a 21.45h, horreusement qu'ils ont pu me changer de chambre a distance. Le personnel a l'accueil très accueillant et efficace.

La dirección equivocada tuve que caminar un kilómetro para llegar a la recepción y hacer check -in y luego salir a la calle caminar 700 metro para ir a otro edificio para entrar tenía que llamar a recepción para que me abriera la puerta del edificio y volver a llamar para abrir la habitación y cada vez que salía o entraba lo mismo mo llamar a recepción si me lo dicen antes para quedarme me pagan los 100 euros que pague para que me quede y no me quedo pero yo llegué de un viaje largo ya llegué al el hotel 21 horas y en cima resulta que era una residencia universitaria
