Location of the property was excellent,the nightly cost was very reasonable and front porch was great to remain outside and watch people. Room and bathroom were a little small but okay. Would stay there again and get a room with a private balcony.

Very cute but wouldn’t stay again sadly

The hotel is very cute but severely outdated. No elevator so hauling luggage up the stairs at our age was difficult. The room are ok but not meant for tall people. The reason for the low review is that the beds are atrocious. Very uncomfortable to say the least. The location is fantastic for night life but be prepared to be woke up early from garbage trucks.

Great Stay!

Great location to stay for a show at the Casino Ballroom. Comfortable and has little deck off room and front porch to sit and enjoy the scenery. Room is small, especially the bathroom, but sufficient for a short stay.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Hampton Beach, walking distance to everything.The room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the owner/manager and the staff here are super pleasant and helpful!! I will definitely stay here again!

The coffee was great, pool great..clean and nice. However i mistakenly thought for the steep price that we had a balcony..nope. i was offered 1 night in a room with a balcony, very small and view of wall, window of next door motel for an extra 35.00! Out toilet backed up, no fault of ours. Broken pices of hangers in the dresser drawer. Dirty, torn chair in the room

The Pro's: Outstanding water pressure in the shower. I've stayed at roughly 100 different hotels and this is easily a top 5 in that regard. Getting checked in & out was pretty seamless. The Cons: The beds absolutely suck. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Patio table was pretty dirty, shower curtain only covered half of the shower so I had to throw a towel down in order to not completely soak the bathroom floor, room was pretty small. Parking was a bit of a headache too but, with all the places to stay in the area, I can understand not all places can get premium parking lots.
