Rather disappointing.
Hotel room itself:
bed is comfortable, view was great, but thats basically it with the positives.
Mayn switches in the room but at times hard to see for what they are for, they work with kida signs rather than language description. Room wasn't properly cleaned so I cleaned it myself and turned on the no service needed sign as I really don't know how they clean and with what so I don't have to do it again.
Breakfast I didn't try, because the table that was assigned was dirty, and the staff who accompanied me to the table either ignored the fact or didn't understand when I pointed it out. The next table she then offered was again dirty ( Bread + roll crumbles over the table + something I couldn't identify). If this happens twice and the place is not clean I wondered who the rest of the buffet is treated by the staff so I didn't dare to eat at all breakfast in the hotel. I went to the Caravelle Hotel which was amazing, larger and more people but all super clean and staff seemed to be very well trained. Lack of information between Management , Duty officer called and I told her I am buisy with meetings, maybe 20 - 25 mintes later F&B called . Faire enough they try to call and follow their procedure, but if you tell Management you are buisy , you communicate to other staff as well. Laundry lady ignored the do not disturb sign completele so was interupted with with phone conference again as she was very persistent until I opened the door. no space to write
