The hotel in itself is nice, with modern amenities and thoughtful design. That's all about it. The service is beyond horrible. It's obvious that the hotel has hired cheap labor who hate their jobs and don't want to work there.
We had a busy day of travel and arrived at the hotel at 10 pm for checkin, all of us tired and hungry. It took 5 people and 30 mins at the front desk to hand out the room keys. The rooms were not clean - the toilet seat was dirty, and the water bottles had cobwebs on them. We had to call housekeeping to get those fixed and it took another 30 minutes.
It took 90 minutes for room service to serve leftover cold food of the day. On top of that, hotel didn't know the concept of room charge, and after agreeing to put the meal on room charge, bugged us 4 times asking for payment while we were having our food - absolutely insulting. On top of that, they had the audacity to argue and justify their logic.
Advice to the hotel management - invest in your staff quality and train them. Don't cheap out there.
