Hotel is very clean and staff were friendly. The evening snacks are great which for my family seemed more like a full meal. The free adult beverages is a welcome addition. The free breakfast is amazing. This was our second stay at this establishment in Pittsburgh we also stayed at one in Knoxville when my infant grandson had to have surgery which is what made me choose the one in Pittsburgh.

Disappointed
When booking it asked for special requests. I requested a couple of things. On arriving, lady at desk admitted she was “just reading my requests now”…….rly? By then it was too late. Not only that, she didn’t even acknowledge my actual requests. Oh? Was that her way of telling me no, to my requests. Just plain rude. I did see it as plain old laziness on the Staffs part. Not impressed. On a happier note. Loved the kickback. The Gentleman on the bar, extremely polite. Hotel room King Suite was very nice and comfortable.

Stinky bathroom
When we first opened the door to our room, I immediately smelled a mildewy, sewage type smell coming from the bathroom. The rest of the room was ok but the bathroom smelled terrible. It appeared clean so I’m not sure where the smell was coming from. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the toilet paper was like using newspaper. I don’t think I e ever experienced using that rough of toilet paper in my whole life! No kidding! Definitely will not stay there again!
