"Wonderful view of the lake upon walking down. Comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Staff was pretty good with understanding English and super accommodating for a later than planned check in. I just went into the restaurant, and the manager got us checked-in within minutes. And the spa, was out of this world!!! A must do."

"Small pension with the great kitchen and service in the restaurant. Do not forget to book a table, they are busy during the weekends :) Nice, clean & comfortable room. Ski room is available with heating hangers. They also have private SPA. It is close to Jasna Ski Resort (ski bus for free) and just few minutes from Liptovsky Mikulas. I can only recommend the stay here!"

"THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE."

"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings.
However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room.
The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area.
The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least.

"Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. When we got into the apartment, it was cold and took a few hours to warm up with all the radiators on. The...
