Horrible experience:
- we asked a check in between 5 pm to 6 pm. They asked that it wasn't possible because the concierge "does not need to wait for an hour".The day we arrived it was raining and the intercom did not work, so we called because the concierge was waiting for us watching TV in our apartment not worrying about the intercom;
-cleaning service is not offered during the stay as parking has never been available despite our constant requests;
-but the worst experience was with Wi-Fi: it was viable only the day before our departure for an unspecified problem that no one had ever told us anything;
- dirty and old apartment. Dirty windows externally from bird droppings, almost non-existent sunshades
