Front desk staff not very personable.
Ice machine on 3rd floor broken.
2 towels for 3 people/ 2days.
I forgot a few things, called front desk but never got a call back.
Initially Hotels.com didnât do something on their end and had a problem with checking in, but luckily, the general manager Barbara, or Bobbi, who worked the desk was such an amazing help with sorting everything out. I cannot stress how very professional and very helpful she was and I had an amazing stay at the hotel I booked for the night! Highly recommend booking there if youâre ever in the area!
Easy digital key check-in with the app. Clean& roomy. Tight parking. Loud refrigerator. Mediocre breakfast, needing a little more attention keeping up with demand.
We had an issue with the new tv system and they moved us immediately. Staff was great, love the size of the rooms, bed and pillows and linens extremely comfortable.
