Just awful. Broken A/C. Broken toilet. Bright spotlight in window. A single, small sliver of a pillow. No elevator. No communication re door code pre-arrival.
It was hot in Romania, so I had filtered my hotel search for A/C. They had A/C, but it was broken the entire time. To add insult to injury, they illuminate the hotel at night. This may look good from the street but meant my one small window had a spotlight in it. Thus, I had to choose between trapping the heat by closing the window or enjoying the extreme light (and noise) from leaving it open.
The toilet was also broken. The flush pressure was way too high. Even with the lid down and the seat closed, water from the just used toilet would splash on the floor with every flush.
I knew the bed was small from the picture. I did not appreciate it would be adorned with the smallest, thinnest, saddest pillow I have encountered. Pillow, singular.
Honestly, not a problem for me. Still, no elevator. I had to carry my bags up multiple flights of stairs. I know many travelers for whom this would be a problem. So noting it.
And, truly, a minor inconvenience, especially relative to the above. But no front door. There is a gate that requires a code. AFAIK, they did not send me the code before I arrived. So you have to call a Romanian cell phone for someone to come let you in. I would have forgotten this small item but for all the nonsense that followed.
Do not recommend.
