Visit left me disappointed
Front desk staff did not seem pleasant or happy to be there. We felt the same with the lady clearing the breakfast area. Breakfast was tasty.
Entire hotel is dated and needing attention. Hall carpet upstairs has a seam separating and lifting. I stumbled on it.
Room was very spacious. 775 sq ft suite. Floor slopes to one corner of the room. Bed was soft but by the second day my wife and I were waking with a sore back. They had plenty of pillows. Sheets were clean.
Sleeper sofa worked well for my 7 year old. It was run down though, with edge trim flaking off.
Cable tv signal was glitchy and pixelated often on many channels.
WiFi required to be logged in each day with the password. This was a nuisance on multiple devices every day for a whole family.
One window blind had a broken slat that let light in on the sleeper sofa.
Cabinet dresser drawers would not stay closed.
Nice sconces at bedside had their own switches to control.
Bath door swings open if left ajar and bangs on the shower rod. Tub is slippery. Step carefully.
Fan is on an occupancy detector. This became annoying when the kids were asleep later in the evening as the fan is not necessary at all times.
Bath vanity light had two of the four bulbs out.
We were given only one room key as there is a shortage of keys.
Pool was warm, spa was hot. Highlight of our stay.
Covered garage was not mentioned. Discovered on the second rainy day.
Overall a disappointing visit.
