I feel bad for this place, honestly, because I got the overall vibe that when this property was run by Best Western, it was top of the line. The lobby area is beautiful, but it was showing signs of disrepair. Other areas on the property was also showing signs of age, but I really don't blame management for this...it seems like the hotel really took a beating from COVID and the economy as a result...they seemed very understaffed, but the manager and the two employees I saw all really seemed to care about the customers. I can only hope things improve for them, but it may still take some time for that to happen. So despite its flaws, if I were to be in that area in the future I could see myself staying there again.
