If you are a european, don’t go in this hotel. I had a big shock with people attitude, majority employees are indiferent, no eye contact, they don’t say hallo, they move really slow and indiferent, they are really really cold, all “poker face”. First time in my life I experience such attitude in all my travels. I can’t believe people can be like this in this kind of services. It’s like “I do my job and wait to go home and why do you bother me”. Food is preatty bad, buffets are not to be considered, a bit better food in “á la carte” restaurants, but still not good quality. Pools are really dirty and discussing. They have a hygien issues overall.
Things inside the resort just don’t work. I had to do the check-in two times on a tablet, it did not work so I had to complete all manual. No issue with that, but then when I tried to book snorkeling for example there was nobody on reservation…so again go back to reception…etc. We had to leave luggages at door for pick up…they randomly pick us some luggages, I had to quickly grab them myself before taxi transfer. Some days you receive information in room regarding programs of the day, most of the times not, all ia random. Wi-fi is linked with room, again it did not work by default and had to go to reception again.
The positives: buildings (only outside, inside are smely and old) and vegetation outside is really nice, beach and see is amazing, like in the photos you see online.
