Legitimately one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We required late check in as we drove down early morning from Canada for Farm Aid and arrived after 11pm. The first entrance we tried to access the hotel was closed after 11pm so we had to walk around the building to access the other entrance. To enter there, you require a room key. After getting inside, reception/check in is on the second floor & elevators require the tap of a room key as well. Shifts were changing so we had to wait to get checked in. The staff member finally got us checked in and did not provide any insight on parking facilities or where/how to access them. We first entered the hospital/staff/visitor parking garage as we were unaware it was separate from hotel. After leaving parking garage we saw the hotel lot. The lot for the hotel is far too small for the size of the hotel & there were no spots left. We went into reception to ask what to do and got told it happens with a chuckle, and to use the parking garage but it does not connect to hotel so we must walk back to hotel. We went to park in the garage and noticed signs saying unauthorized vehicles will be towed, returned to reception and they said it is fine, just leave parking ticket in windshield. Returned to garage, then on walk back, a spot in hotel lot finally opened. Wasted 45mins to park. Then once finally in room, disappointed. Rooms are outdated, dirty, many issues. No handle on drawer, lights out, no bathroom fan- moisture on roof
