We reserved 2 months in advance we were put in a room next to the lobby, with poorly insulated door. Me, my wife and the 3 kids really needed some sleep between 2 long traveling days. Then, people have been talking loud and drinking beer, kids yelling until midnight. We asked 3 times to the person at the lobby to ask people to be quiet at that time as we were hearing as much as if we were in the lobby, didn't do anything, and the 3rd time gave us a few ear plugs, obviously not what we were asking for. The next morning we asked why there was not a "quiet hours" sign or something. They gave us a 75$ cash back payment, which was appreciated but too late still.
