Clock bells ringing whole night. Very far from the Bern station. No fans so you cannot shut the windows at night to avoid noise. The lady serving breakfast did not know English. Wifi password does not work if you do not have data. Early morning some construction starts. Breakfast served with prepared cereal. Limited breakfast. Big fly on the cheese plate under the shrink wrap. Individual packing of butter and cheese rest was common milk juice bread jam Nutella ( low budget breakfast)

Es ist ein altes Hotel, dementsprechend ist die Einrichtung auch SEHR alt. Die Zimmer sind überhitzt. Sauberkeit: oberflächlich gesehen sauber Ich meinte das Hotel sei renoviert worden, wo ???? Für mich stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht, da erwarte ich mehr. Frühstück: ist eine Katastrophe zum Glück hatte es verpackte Lebensmittel. die Paar Scheiben Aufschnitt und Käse sahen aus als wären sie schon einige Stunden dort. Bei einem defekten Behälter, kein Wunder Personal war das einzige positive, waren nett. Hotel wird nicht empfohlen.

Personale e nuova gestione semplicemente fantastic
Viaggio di lavoro di 5 notti passate in un Albergo praticamente vuoto per rinnovo. Nonostante il disagio ed inconvenienti, il personale è stato a dir poco eccezionale ed anno di tutto per farmi stare bene. La Signora che mi ha servito la colazione si è fatta in 4 per rendere la mia permanenza semplicemente stupenda. Grazie di cuore. Le stanze sono grandi e ben allestite.

Historisches Gasthaus mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Der Empfang war verhalten freundlich. Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war sehr abgewohnt und braucht dringend eine Renovation. Ausserdem gab es wegen der hochliegenden Dachfenster keine Aussicht auf den Stadtplatz, und es war eher dunkel. Die Gastgeber müssen noch am Professionalität zulegen.

Saubere, gepflegte Unterkunft
Obwohl noch Arbeiten im Hotel ausgeführt werden, war das Zimmer sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet mit Sofa. Es ist grösser und grosszügiger eingerichtet als Zimmer der gleichen Kategorie. Die Hausherrin empfing uns freundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig. Die Lage: mitten in Aarberg, einem schmucken "Städtchen". Parkplätze fast vor dem Haus (Parkscheibe; am Sonntag frei.)
