Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them.
The was absolutely no connection with expedia. I have to spend an hour or 2 to finally get hold of expedia operator ( not virtual) to help me connect with the owner.
There was no exact location of our unit, as to what building and concierge cannot locate it.
The MBR BR has no shower. The toilet seat is missing.
Great space. Generous supply of shampoos and conditioners and body wash.
Opaque curtains would be better. For blocking the sun.
