We had booked 2 studio apartments for our family holiday. The apartments are spacious, well maintained and clean. The hotel has a storage area for ski equipment, and has a laundry room for use by guests.
However, there are several drawbacks to the hotel.
It is located at the top of a hill and is about a 1.5 km walk from the village centre. There are no shops/cafes nearby.
There is no spa/wellness area/indoor pool. If you want to relax in a jacuzzi after a day on the slopes--book elsewhere.
The hotel's restaurant is not available for those with self-catering units. We were told that it's reserved for guests on half board.
The website boasts a deli where purchases can be made. It does not exist.
Although the units are described as suitable for 2-4 persons, you have to pay for bedding for extra persons at 16 euros per night.
If you want to use the laundry room(and did not carry your own washing powder), you can purchase liquid pods from the front desk at 20 euros per wash.
The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and lack peoples' skills.
