Do yourself a favor, and please look elsewhere. In many ways, they are still developing and in transition from their previous owner. If I may be honest, I have never been more disgusted/uncomfortable with the treatment towards clients/hospitality.
One of their administrators asked me about my time with them and I respectfully told them how I was a bit disappointed/frustrated, especially since the little things matter to me when at all in-inclusive resorts. I also shared how many of the employees don’t even have the decency to put clients first because I did not feel as welcomed, especially since they lack such enthusiasm for what they do. In many ways, I just felt like a burden and inconvenience, which is unfortunate.
I must admit though that the food was impressive. The room we had was nice. The bed was a bit too hard. When calling housekeeping, they would take a long while to attend our requests.
In summary, I came here wanting to relax and detach myself from my routines only to leave more stressed. Also, the pictures they promote on Expedia are not what they actually have.
Again, do yourself a favor and invest elsewhere where they prioritize the customers and make them feel at home.
