The pool was closed there was no staff to help me check in. I also wasn’t supposed to be charged for my service animal yet I was charged. It was one of the worst hotel stays I have been in.

Staff did not clean the the trash for two days, TV did not work, no human was available to help, check-in through electronic monitor, same person that the hotel we could not stay because it was infected with mold. Coffee in the lobby was not refilled for two days,

The mattress protector was urine-stained and when I showed it to the front desk staff he stated: it’s just the protector.” Um but the only thing protecting me from someone else’s bodily fluids is a dingy sheet. They refused to refund me when I refused to stay in that filthy room and as far as the “amenities” the only thing that the swimming pool was filled with was dust! This hotel just reopened after being shutdown and it should be shutdown again —PERMANENTLY!

The pool was closed. It. Looked like it had been for years. Completely empty. The room they put us in was awful. Smelled bad, painted shower that was chipping. Carpet didn’t fully cover the floor and no staff just a kiosk. They charged me $100 extra on top of the extra $100 deposit so I was out $300 for a $97 hotel. They put me in a slightly better room but if there was anywhere else to stay I would have left. Worst hotel experience of my life.

This place was absolutely filthy. The furniture looked like it had been picked from someone’s garbage. Dark stains on the floor. Hallways dirty. Cobwebs and filth on all of the windows. Lawn not mowed. Just gross. We looked around and left immediately. Hotel looked like something out of a horror/zombie movie.

Terrible check in. I timed it. 15 minutes with auto attendant who eventually summoned property manager to complete my admission. I already had done a pre admit on line showing ID credit card etc. Didn't matter to screen guy who couldn't type my name when I was giving succinct letters etc. He got a supervisor eventually. Next I needed key for 2 nights. He only put in one which necessitated going through auto attendant again last night to renew my key. Other than that it was OK place.

This was a recently purchased distressed Econolodge. No mowing for a month+. No pool or hot tub - drained. Hallway not vacuumed in awhile. TV without a cable box. Took an hour to try to fix and could not control the sound in the end (ear splitting). There was a party going at 2:30 am - loud music, loud voices, etc. so could not enjoy fresh air. One towel was thin and stained and the shower seemed to be on its last leg. No chair for the desk. No hangers, but there was an iron. Only redemption was the bed was comfortable. Give it a year and it may meet Ramada standards.
