The room was as described, and nicely furnished. However there was a party in the other half of the duplex the first night until 2 am. There was also short term renters so it’s not like they didn’t know the “no parties” and “quiet time after 10 pm”. I clearly saw this in the house rules. I communicated this to the host with no reply. We won’t be staying there again and I suggest people think twice about doing a short term rental in a residential area.
